Legal agreement governing your use of pool88's online betting platform and services

Each User is permitted only one (1) account on the pool88 platform. pool88 is legally required to verify the identity of all users in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming policies. You agree to complete the KYC verification process by submitting clear, legible copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP or equivalent), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and a selfie photograph holding Your ID. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. pool88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify Your identity or source of funds.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible, in accordance with AML regulations.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are non-transferable and non-cashable, meaning the original bonus amount cannot be withdrawn even after wagering requirements are met - only winnings generated from the bonus can be withdrawn. All bonuses carry expiration dates (typically 7-30 days from issuance) and must be used within the specified validity period or they will be forfeited.
All bets placed on the pool88 platform are governed by the specific rules of each game category (sports betting, slots, live casino, table games). The platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
pool88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from: (a) technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues, (b) errors or inaccuracies in odds, results, or game outcomes due to human or technical error, (c) unauthorized access to Your account resulting from Your failure to maintain account security, (d) decisions made by sports governing bodies or changes to event results after initial settlement, or (e) any circumstances beyond pool88's reasonable control.
In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, pool88's maximum liability to You for all claims shall not exceed the amount of deposits You have made to Your pool88 account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or Your use of the pool88 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting pool88 customer support. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication with our support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, You may submit the matter to formal mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed.
pool88's decisions regarding account disputes, bet settlements, bonus forfeitures, and Terms violations are final and binding, subject only to review through the formal dispute resolution process outlined above. pool88 maintains detailed records of all account activity, transactions, and communications for audit and dispute resolution purposes.
You may request closure of Your pool88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining account balance (after deduction of applicable fees or outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to You via Your registered withdrawal method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except under exceptional circumstances at pool88's sole discretion.
pool88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your account immediately, with or without notice, if: (a) You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions, (b) You are found to have provided false or misleading information, (c) You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, (d) Your account remains inactive (no login or betting activity) for twelve (12) consecutive months, or (e) pool88 believes in good faith that closure is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or comply with legal obligations.
In the event of account termination for breach of Terms, pool88 reserves the right to forfeit all account funds including deposits, bonuses, and winnings. You will be notified of account termination via the email address registered to Your account, along with the reason for termination. Terminated users are permanently prohibited from creating new accounts on the pool88 platform.
